No. Obtaining permits is the responsibility of the homeowner but we are here to direct you in the right direction. Permits should be obtained prior to installation.
Yes. All major utility markouts will be visible prior to installation. However, secondary lines such as sprinkler lines, gas lines, pool lines and electrical lines, etc are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Wood fence can and will fade in color, warp, twist, crack or check over time as it is a natural resource.
50% deposit is due at the time of signing our contract. The remaining 50% is due at the time of job completion. We do not offer payment plans, however, we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (3.5% service fee for all credit card transactions apply).
The length of the job will be determined at the time of estimate and fully depends on size, excavation and weather conditions. The buyer will be informed throughout all phases of the project.
Absolutely. However, some fences are irreparable and may need to be replaced. Our labor warranty extends 1 year from installation date and covers gate adjustments, leaning and sinking posts.
We do not have a showroom. Most styles can be viewed online and catalogs/brochures will be distributed at the time of the estimate.
